REGISTRATION DETAILS

The 2024 tournament entry fee is $3,500.00 CAD (taxes included).

Please complete the application form below to ensure your team is included in the tournament selection process. The Tournament Selection Committee will review all applications and the tournament invitees will be finalized by the early summer. Upon a team’s acceptance payment is due to secure your spot. Please note the entry fee must be received by mail prior to receiving final acceptance.

Please make cheques payable to U15 AAA Rebels Fall Classic and mail to the address below.
